1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the YesHealth iOS app (Chinese name: 医起行) and this website. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

YesHealth is a local-first health data hub. With your permission it brings together data from Apple Health and optional devices (Oura, Garmin, Dexcom), and offers a timeline, personal targets, on-device insights, a safe health Q&A chat, shareable summaries, personal notes and export. No account is required. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. Features may change, and some connections may be marked “Coming soon”.

3. Not medical advice

YesHealth is not a medical device. All content — including charts, insights, chat replies, reports, and CGM or glucose values — is for general wellness information and reference only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing or dosing guidance, and does not replace a licensed clinician.

• Do not use the app to diagnose conditions or to start, stop or change any medication or dose.
• CGM and glucose values are informational only; never use them for treatment or dosing decisions.
• Do not use the app for emergencies or to delay seeking care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and connect only data and accounts you are authorized to use.
• Keep your device secure; you control Health permissions, device connections and what you share.
• Decisions about your health remain yours and your clinician’s.
• If you are below the age of majority in your region, use the app only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

5. Third-party services

Apple Health, Oura, Garmin and Dexcom are provided by their respective companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, accuracy or changes to their services. For some providers, a minimal authorization service is used only to exchange or refresh sign-in tokens and does not store your health data. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or data those providers hold. Oura, Garmin, Dexcom and Apple Health are trademarks of their respective owners; YesHealth is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, reverse engineering it except where permitted by law, or using it to harm others or break the law.

7. Intellectual property and license

The YesHealth and 医起行 names, logo and app are owned by the developer and protected by law. Subject to these Terms and the Standard EULA, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Apple App Store terms

The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard EULA; these Terms supplement it. If there is a conflict, the Standard EULA governs to the extent required. You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection, privacy or similar claims.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement or discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that data, insights or displays will be accurate, complete, timely or suitable for any clinical purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. These Terms end automatically if you fail to comply with them.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and give notice of material changes in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the app and delete it.
